Ctech Internet is a division of Creative Technical Services, Inc. (C-tech) based in Bloomington, IL. The company was founded by Rebecca and Kevin Schaefer in 1993 as a personal computer service and training business. In 1998, after establishing Ctech as a solid network service and integration provider, we expanded to cover web development services, including web site and application development, web hosting and Internet business integration services. We soon added connectivity solutions such as dial-up and soon to be high speed wireless Internet access.
Ctech provides low-cost, feature-rich web hosting. The Ctech business model emphasizes service to small and medium sized businesses, allowing them to focus on their particular business products/services while we focus on Internet connectivity.

Ctech Internet can offer nationwide dial-up service because we are partnered with various dial-up networks such as Qwest, UUnet and Level3 which are the same networks used by larger scale Dial-Up providers such as MSN and Verizon.
Our office is located in Bloomington, Illinois (Central Illinois). Although we have many clients in Chicagoland as well as out of state.
